Strengthen employee connection: Design programs that bring employees together across locations and backgrounds. Evolve the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program: Support ERG leaders, build infrastructure, and ensure ERGs contribute to Cribl’s culture. Expand community impact initiatives: Lead Goats Give Back (GGB) and create new opportunities for teams to engage in giving and service.
Develop effective tools: Create playbooks and training to help ERG leaders operate effectively. Ensure program performance: Use clear metrics, employee feedback, and insights to evaluate programs. Build partnerships: Work with executive leadership and internal teams to bring programs to life.
