Position Overview:

  • Provide leadership in strategic product marketing with a focus on market views, segmentation, and multi-generational planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set aggressive targets for volume growth, pipeline performance, and material margin with suppliers and commercial leaders.
  • Foster strong supplier relationships by aligning strategies, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth.
  • Monitor distribution contracts and develop renewal strategies to expand value for Formerra.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred, with 5+ years of product management, P&L, or commercial experience.
  • Strong understanding of distribution business model, financial concepts, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
