Responsibilities:
- Lead design of member engagement, training, development, retention, and recognition strategies.
- Build systems for member career pathways, including professional skill-building and sector experiences.
- Collect member feedback to improve outcomes and track career data for funding opportunities.
Regional Support:
- Coach regional teams on implementing member experience and site partnership strategies.
- Lead site engagement processes like onboarding, training, agreements, monitoring, and compliance.
- Provide tools and best practices to regional staff to resolve partnership challenges.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Use data to identify trends and collaborate with national leadership to refine strategies.
- Report on member experience and site partnership outcomes to senior leadership.
- Supervise staff and project leads, providing direction and accountability for goals.
