Job Description

In this role, you will design, refine, and implement sales compensation plans, lead tool migration for quota and territory planning, and evaluate commissions management tools. You will also analyze compensation data, improve communication through dashboards and reports, and foster alignment across teams through collaborative workshops. Consolidating data into centralized systems, conducting market analyses, and monitoring plan effectiveness are also key responsibilities. Handling ad-hoc projects related to compensation policy updates and compliance is expected.
