- Professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required.
- Experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field, with strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and adaptability to new technology like Salesforce.
Work Environment and Logistics:
- This is a permanent, full-time, home-based position requiring residency in NB, NS, PEI, or QC, Canada.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection, a suitable home office, and flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
