Talent Sourcer

The Talent Sourcer plays a critical role in proactively identifying and attracting top talent to Avera Health. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Leaders, the Talent Sourcer will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to address staffing needs, particularly for critical, difficult, and visible roles. This role involves creatively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, internet databases, and professional networks. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a talent pipeline, conducting pre-screening assessments, and providing candidate information related to company culture and benefits. The Talent Sourcer also represents Avera Health at national and local conferences, engaging with potential candidates and promoting the organization as an Employer of Choice. Effective communication, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of recruitment metrics are essential for success in this role.
