Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist at Trustly, you will act as a brand ambassador and customer champion. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Support, you'll utilize your experience across multiple customer support channels, including email, chat/messaging, and phone (with possible video support in the future). Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex problems using a systematic approach, educating customers on Trustly products & services to maximize their benefits, and owning customer issues end-to-end, engaging internal and external resources to ensure timely resolution. This role also involves answering technical questions related to enterprise merchant implementations such as APIs, UI, and transaction inquiries. Additionally, you'll address business/financial inquiries related to payment status, payment declines, transaction inquiries, and collections.
