Senior Manager, People Operations

Responsibilities:

• Lead the People Ops function, managing team operations for employee lifecycle, global compliance, immigration, and mobility.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to ensure compliance and manage HRIS data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive People Operations or HR experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Demonstrated expertise at a high-growth tech company, with deep experience managing back-end administration and compliance across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll compliance, and HR regulatory requirements, plus experience with HRIS platforms.
