Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan boarding and de-boarding processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Research and resolve post-transfer issues from internal and external parties
• Coordinate RESPA letters and quality assurance reviews

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of mortgage servicing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word)
