About the Role:
- Plan and execute field activities in Sweden to meet business objectives safely.
- Report to Field Operations Director and collaborate with exploration team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, procurement, risk assessment, and execution of exploration projects.
- Manage end-to-end field operations including contractor performance and safety.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and engage with local stakeholders in Sweden.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of field operations experience in mineral exploration or related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of winter construction, helicopter-supported operations, and procurement.
- Fluent in Swedish and English with valid First Aid certification.
