Payroll & Operations Specialist

The Payroll & Operations Specialist will own payroll administration, benefits/leave administration and support a range of operational People and Finance processes. This role bridges HR, Finance, and Compliance—ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, while also helping scale operational processes that support a high-growth healthcare organization. This position will process biweekly/semi-monthly payroll, maintain payroll system data, and partner with TriNet and Finance on payroll reporting. The role also supports benefits administration, compliance reporting, and streamlines HR operations. The applicant should stay up to date on payroll/tax laws and healthcare requirements. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR/people operations, proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems (specifically TriNet), and a strong understanding of payroll regulations.
