Your Role:
- Own and lead the client's business within the agency, acting as the primary strategic partner.
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships through strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Direct and motivate account supervisors and senior account executives to deliver value to clients.
Your Profile:
- 12+ years of brand AOR account experience, with 5+ years in pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing valued relationships with senior-level client management.
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing plans and participate in new business initiatives.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and location.
