- Design and maintain comprehensive training curricula for MIDS JTRS and Tactical Data Links.
- Translate technical specs into engaging instructional materials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop instructional materials like exercises, exams, and handouts.
- Provide training and field support for Link-16 and MIDS JTRS systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and SMEs on technical training content.
Qualifications:
- BA degree or 12+ years of expertise with ELM experience.
- 8+ years with Link 16, COMSEC, and Data Link Test Tools.
