Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via Zendesk, triage issues, and surface insights to improve resolution quality.
- Maintain automated client journey programs to enable self-service and reduce manual support reliance.
Collaboration:
- Work with Product, Sales, and Clinical teams to advocate for clients and enhance adoption of the platform.
- Prepare data and materials for client conversations and strategic reviews led by SMB Client Managers.
Qualifications:
- Requires 2+ years in a client support role at a technology or healthcare company, with East Coast location.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, problem-solve, and build processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing escalations and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
