Job Description
Huntress is seeking a Director of Pre-Sales to lead and expand a team of cybersecurity experts dedicated to driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise to prospective customers and partners throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with sales, Sales Engineers play a vital role in demonstrating the value of the Huntress portfolio and delivering industry-leading thought leadership to our vast community of customers and partners.
The Director will manage and uplevel a team of leaders and individual contributors, provide actionable feedback, articulate security challenges, partner with customers to increase their technical security understanding, and liaise with various internal teams. They will also evaluate and propose improvements to the sales process, build strong relationships with partners, and give technical presentations.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of Sales Engineering experience, 5+ years in a leadership role, experience building and scaling high-performing teams, cybersecurity industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
