Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor search engines and websites to identify unauthorized use of branded content and intellectual property.
- Investigate suspected copyright infringements and gather evidence to support enforcement actions.
- Prepare and manage DMCA notices, abuse complaints, and takedown requests.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Communicate with domain registrars, hosting providers, and web-security services to resolve abuse cases.
- Collaborate with Legal, SEO, and Marketing teams to identify emerging risks and protect branded search results.
Process Improvement:
- Research and evaluate new tools and techniques to improve online brand protection efforts.
- Track ongoing cases and follow up with stakeholders to ensure effective enforcement actions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Legal, Brand Protection, Copyright/IP, SEO, or online enforcement.
- Strong online research and investigative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, independent working style.
