Responsibilities:
- Conducting 175 outbound cold calls weekly.
- Managing prospect activity and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
- Participating in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $63,000 to $70,000 DOE.
- Bonus Potential: Up to $20,000 annually.
