Source through universities, networks, and local engineering communities with personal outreach.
Run first screens, manage the funnel in Ashby, and report weekly metrics.
Use AI tools to build repeatable sourcing workflows.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing in Uruguay's tech industry.
Strong network in Uruguay's engineering community and technical literacy.
High agency, daily AI tool use, and excellent written and spoken English.
