Staff Field Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Advise on strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution Engineers and Observability Architects.
• Architect and maintain live production environments for demos and workshops.
• Create and curate technical training content, and represent Field Engineering in product planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years as a Senior Field Engineer or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge in at least one Grafana technology and deep knowledge across multiple observability tools.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language and experience with Linux and IaC tools like Terraform.
