Job Description

Provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to Unit4 customers in the resolution of support cases and the completion of a variety of other tasks required to support our customer base. Default working hours 12 PM – 9 PM SGT. Might require supporting 9 AM – 6 PM SGT depending on customer support business requirement and will be communicated in advance. Key Responsibilities include investigating, documenting, and resolving application problems, progressing issues to conclusion, and adhering to Service Level Guidelines. Handle customer escalations and identify opportunities for service improvement. Contribute to knowledge sharing and highlight potential escalation risks.
