About Soulside:

The Role:
- As GTM Lead, you will own the entire go-to-market strategy, from demand generation to channel partnerships.
- You'll build and optimize systems for CRM, funnel metrics, and pipeline management.
- You'll work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives like pricing and competitive analysis.
What We're Looking For:
- Healthcare experience, ideally in behavioral health, with understanding of provider buying processes.
- 4-8 years in marketing, growth, or BD in a startup environment.
- Strong writing skills and analytical discipline to kill what isn't working.
