Demand Generation Manager

About the Role:

• We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the engine that turns Ent's category-defining product into pipeline.
• This is an early, high-ownership role: you'll own demand across channels, scale pipeline, and do it as a builder leveraging AI to move fast.

What You'll Achieve:

• Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid media, digital, webinars, field events, and partner marketing.
• Build and scale pipeline in partnership with sales, and design field marketing programs including events and workshops.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
• A track record of driving measurable pipeline growth, ideally from $5-10M to $50-100M.
• AI-native approach to marketing: you instinctively ask how AI can help you build, create, and analyze faster.
