Job Description
Serves as the contact for HR matters across retail stores. This role provides support to store teams and field leadership on employee relations, policy compliance, performance management, and staffing needs. The Generalist also plays a key role in supporting investigating workplace issues and driving consistent HR practices across the field.
This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about improving employee experience.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Support the resolution of escalated store-level HR issues and concerns and participate in timely, objective investigations into employee complaints and policy violations. Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws across all locations.
Field Leadership Support: Support District and General Managers on coaching, performance management, and corrective action. Support consistent application and understanding of policies and HR practices across the field.
Operational Support & Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all employee relations cases, support development, rollout, and communication of HR initiatives and SOPs. Monitor field compliance and escalate issues when necessary.
