Senior Platform Software Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design and build shared platform capabilities, owning architecture and delivery of reusable backend services and integrations.
• Make AWS infrastructure usable through software, building abstractions and automation for secure cloud usage.
• Direct implementation by writing specifications and delegating to AI agents, stepping into code when complexity demands.

• Our goal is to make secure, reliable, high-quality software easier to build and operate at scale.

What We're Looking For:

• Deep server-side engineering experience in Java, Python, C#, Kotlin, or Go.
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals and hands-on AWS experience with production workloads.
• Experience building shared backend foundations with deliberate attention to compatibility, configuration, and adoption.
