About the Role:
- This is a builder role: you'll lay the groundwork for a world-class HNW fundraising operation from scratch.
- You'll own a portfolio of donors and drive revenue growth toward $100M by 2035.
What You'll Do:
- Manage relationships and develop new partnerships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through network mapping and community engagement.
- Design and host events that deepen donor connection to the mission.
