MDS Coordinator

Nature and Scope:

• Coordinate the MDS assessment and care plan process for SNF residents.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have a current RN or LVN California License and CPR certification.
• Skilled communicator, director, and motivator with ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Work Environment:

• Located in Quincy, CA, a small mountain community with scenic beauty and outdoor recreation.
• Provide compassionate care in a supportive, team-oriented hospital setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly compensation based on experience (RN $60.61-$86.42, LVN $36.74-$52.38).
• Benefit eligible employees receive medical, dental, vision, retirement with 3% contribution, and paid time off.
