Job Description
The Bid Specialist will support the proposal development process and is customer-centric, analytical and results-oriented with a strong understanding the client program or team needs within their service delivery area. The Bid Specialist will review, format, and proof PowerPoint sales presentations; conduct internet research on sales targets and prospects; provide high-touch customer service to support the Business Development team throughout the sales cycle; coordinate development, finalization, and submission of RFIs and RFPs; develop, proof, edit, format, and create proposals and presentations; research, analyze, and report information related to prospective accounts; update and maintain CRM (Salesforce.com) and other sales tools such as case studies and metrics; and print and bind proposal and presentation materials.
