Build and maintain production-quality web applications using React, TypeScript or modern JavaScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
Independently own features from requirements and technical design through production deployment.
Translate ambiguous product and business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Scope and Collaboration:

Scope engineering projects, estimate delivery timelines, and manage work through completion.
Evaluate technical options and make sound trade-offs involving scope, quality, performance, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate directly with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to clarify requirements and keep delivery on track.

Autonomy and Communication:

Communicate risks, dependencies, blockers, and changes in scope clearly and proactively.
Work autonomously in a fast-paced Agile engineering environment.
Collaborate with UX Design and Marketing partners when required.
