IT Engineer

As an IT Engineer at Haus, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth and secure operation and networking of our internal IT systems. You’ll focus on automating identity and access management, provisioning, device compliance, and SaaS tool integration. You’ll work closely with our Security, People, and Engineering teams to support onboarding, manage endpoints through our MDM platform, and help us maintain a high compliance bar as we scale. Responsibilities include owning and improving identity and access management systems (Okta) including SSO, SCIM, and MFA configurations. Managing MDM policies across all devices to ensure compliance and security is crucial. Automating onboarding and offboarding workflows using tools like Okta Workflows, Slack, Zapier or custom scripts is expected. Supporting SaaS administration and integrations (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.) and implementing and managing access request/review workflows is also important.
