Job Description
Weβre looking for a Customer Success Manager to help onboard, implement, and manage Enterprise customers. The Customer Success Manager will own relationships between Omada and client partners, managing implementation, upsell opportunities, and renewals. The CSM collaborates with Sales, Data, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Product teams to serve clients, developing best practices.
As the primary point of contact, responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, strategic planning, coordinating technical integrations, business decisions, and marketing campaigns, leading account strategy, communicating value using data, developing best practices, and driving customer satisfaction and enrollments.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelorβs degree and 6-8+ years of relevant experience, project management and post-sales implementation experience, experience in startup to Fortune 50 company employee size, field sales or account management experience, and strong skills in communication, organization, presentation, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, drive, teamwork, and judgment.
