Role Overview:
- You will support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, including AI and automation.
- You will work under the Program Manager to coordinate projects and ensure adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Support change management by developing communication plans and gathering user feedback.
- Help design and deliver training for AI tools and new systems.
Candidate Profile:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology and 3-5 years of project coordination experience.
- You are familiar with change management principles and have exposure to AI tools and SaaS platforms.
- You possess strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
