Director of Engineering — Trust & Safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the reliability, availability, and security of identity, access, and account protection systems.
• Lead compliance and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive fraud detection and prevention roadmap.

Team Leadership:

• Manage, mentor, and scale multiple engineering managers and their teams.
• Define and enforce engineering standards across the fleet.
• Lead adoption of AI-native engineering practices.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Product, Security, Fraud, and Compliance leaders.
• Operate in a multi-country environment with strong stakeholder management.
