Job Description
As part of the Life Science & Healthcare account management team, you will assist our customers on their path to exciting new discoveries in pharma and healthcare. Through supporting the renewal and development of our growing subscription base, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills in life science while playing a critical role in driving growth and innovation. This position is responsible for total subscriptions in your territory through focus on renewing your own book of business and driving up sell and cross sell opportunities.
Engage with larger customers to identify renewal opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide advanced support. Leverage extensive product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Lead renewal sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies. Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics. Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve renewal sales effectiveness. Drive the achievement of sales and renewal targets and provide strategic insights to leadership. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership. Utilize and optimize all sales tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and outcomes. Contribute to the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
