Job Description

The Construction Administrative Assistant will support a General Contracting company by managing vendor outreach, estimate collection, client communication, and construction-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong follow-up skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Key responsibilities include reaching out to subcontractors/vendors to gather and track estimates/quotes, following up consistently with vendors to ensure timely responses, and compiling estimates into structured formats for review and decision-making. The role also involves assisting with client communication, document preparation, and other project-related administrative tasks, utilizing Google Workspace for all workflows, and potentially interpreting construction blueprints to assist with estimating processes.
