Job Description
Business Growth:
-Grow and manage central lab business across existing and new client accounts.
-Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and recommend improvements to processes or services.
-Provide strategic input to business development events and support colleagues in sales and marketing initiatives.
Client Relationship Management:
-Serve as a primary point of escalation for key clients, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
-Participate in client visits, maintain strong relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and external vendors.
-Foster a client-centered culture focused on delivering quality service and effective team collaboration.
Requirements:
-Proven ability to identify and develop sales leads, manage the full sales process, and handle contract negotiations.
-Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and business strategy experience.
-Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
