Job Description

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in commercial contracts relevant to a technology company as it relates to our customers and vendors. Reporting to DataCamp’s General Counsel, this is a strategically important role that will help DataCamp achieve its goals at a time of dynamic growth. As our Commercial Counsel, you will support internal business partners and assist on a broad variety of transactional matters in a growing technology company by: Leading drafting and negotiation on a broad range of agreements (including Master Services Agreements, terms of service, services agreements, other SaaS agreements, and requests for proposals) supporting DataCamp’s business teams, with a primary focus of supporting the licensing of DataCamp’s products and services to its customers and channel partners and vendor software licensing. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to shepherd deals to completion.
