Key Responsibilities:
- Team operations: establish operating cadences, meeting structures, and communication norms for the GLP-1 program team.
- Program execution: convert strategy into project plans, timelines, and ownership; track OKRs and KPIs.
- Cross-functional coordination: align clinical, commercial, product, engineering, and regulatory partners.
Required Experience:
- 10–12+ years in digital health or health technology, with 3–5+ years leading complex programs.
- Proven ability to run cross-functional programs and establish operating routines.
- Strong data orientation and communication skills, from frontline to executive audiences.
