This role at Maven is at the intersection of people leadership, operational excellence, and technology-driven transformation. You’ll lead and scale a 50+ person org across two critical teams: Member Support and Member Benefits. You’ll be responsible for defining and driving the strategy, execution, and outcomes of these functions, reporting to the VP of Member Operations.

A strategic and tactical operator is needed to lead Maven’s client implementation function across both direct employer and payer partnerships. You’ll oversee a high-performing team responsible for launching clients onto the Maven platform, delivering a best-in-class experience and setting the foundation for long-term success. You will define and drive the strategy, execution, and outcomes of client delivery, working cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to lead efficient, high-quality implementations.
