The Role:
- You will commit to a consistent weekly availability block of 40 hours to conduct structured technical interviews on Karat's platform.
- You will conduct 60-minute interviews across back-end, full-stack, front-end, and system design domains.
- You will submit thorough written evaluations of each candidate's performance.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience conducting technical interviews and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A reliable home setup including stable internet, webcam, and microphone.
Engagement Details:
- This is a fixed-term contract through October 2026 with a 40-hour weekly commitment.
- Availability windows are flexible, including evenings and weekends.
- Compensation is hourly, and the role is remote within Canada.
