Designing and implementing solutions to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational health.
Business Intelligence and Analytics: Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key business metrics. Providing actionable insights from data to inform strategic and operational decisions. Supporting data governance and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Cross-Functional Project Management: Leading or supporting key cross-functional projects aimed at improving business performance. Coordinating efforts between different departments to achieve strategic objectives. Financial Modeling and Analysis Support.
