Vice President, Corporate Development

The Vice President will be responsible for driving inorganic and strategic growth opportunities that align with the company's vision and objectives. This individual will lead efforts around M&A strategy, execution, and integration, while also spearheading strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company's position in the market. The successful Vice President will be an experienced M&A professional with a proven ability to develop and execute on an ambitious inorganic growth strategy. You will play an instrumental role in shaping Duck Creek Technologies’ growth strategy and be a high impact member of Duck Creek Technologies’ Senior Leadership Team. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer working closely with leadership in Marketing and Products and will have a high degree of exposure to the rest of the Executive Leadership Team and our sponsor.
