Role Overview:
- This is a high-impact individual contributor role and the first dedicated senior sales hire.
- The role focuses on owning complex healthcare sales opportunities and working directly with the Founder/CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive healthcare sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
- Develop account strategies for large independent practice groups, ACOs, and healthcare organizations.
- Lead consultative, ROI-driven sales conversations with clinical and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B healthcare sales experience, with RPM or CCM experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a growth-stage environment.
