StackAdapt is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our Commercial hiring. In this role you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This position requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer acceptance. You will source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, applicant pools, and referrals. You will also analyze data from ATS and resumes to identify challenges in the hiring process, and find creative solutions to improve efficiency and throughput of the hiring process. Advocates for diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting a fair and unbiased evaluation of all candidates.
