Accountabilities:
- Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of deposit and digital banking platforms.
- Research product and system issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to technology vendors.
- Help develop test plans, execute UAT, and document results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, business analysis, or technology support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
