How You Will Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process and product enhancements.
- Analyze and document the impact of product changes on clients and participants.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform complex analysis of department operations and tools for forecasting and performance.
- Conduct trend analysis and provide ad hoc reporting to leadership.
- Assist in the establishment and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible business analysis experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
