Job Description
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding Zone & Co’s customer base across the EMEA region. This role requires a motivated self-starter who excels in identifying prospects, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS or ERP sales and thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
Prospecting and Lead generation: research, identify and qualify potential target accounts across EMEA, that fit our product set and ICP
Hyper personalized targeted outreach: bring new ideas, innovate, adjust and update messaging to suit ICP and GTM. Leverage phone, email, LinkedIn and new ideas to generate leads.
Campaigns: Run targeted outbound campaigns aligned with territory plans or verticals. Lead qualification: work with prospects and your sales team to ensure leads meet ICP, BANT and MEDDPIC requirements
Personal development: enablement of Zone solutions, market trends, compliance laws, ERP changes will be an ongoing requirement. Participate in regional go-to-market (GTM) activities, events, and trade shows. CRM Management: Salesforce Hygiene and lead generation strategies.
