Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process for complex RFPs, including writing, editing, formatting, and managing content to ensure persuasive and compliant submissions.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop solution text, maintain version control, and perform final edits on all proposal drafts and versions.
Collaboration and Management:
- Report project status to management, track proposal graphics, and communicate with team members to resolve issues and obtain necessary information.
- Coach and mentor proposal team members on compliance, company policies, and effective writing practices to improve overall proposal quality.
Strategic Contribution:
- Analyze RFP requirements, assign work, establish priorities, and set target dates for information gathering, review, and approval cycles.
- Reinforce organizational compliance with business development processes and assist in training sales teams to influence customer perception and improve win rates.
