- Directly lead and coach four General Managers and one Tour Operator with clear commercial accountability.
- Set KPIs for revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across resident and touring operations.
- Foster a collaborative, commercially driven culture aligned with show quality and safety.
Theatrical Show Operations:
- Manage partnerships with local promoters and venue owners to maintain critical relationships.
- Participate in annual planning with President/CEO, providing operational expertise and budget guidance.
- Ensure shows operate within budgets, labor agreements, and company policies, supporting show changes and sustainability.
Financial Oversight:
- Serve as single point of contact for P&L reviews on resident shows and touring productions.
- Monitor performance, cost controls, and profitability, partnering with Finance for forecasting and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and margin improvement.
