What You'll Do:
- Own the customer relationship from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
- Advise on implementation and answer product questions in real time.
- Handle objections and sell ongoing value to keep customers engaged.
What Success Looks Like:
- Within 90 days, be the primary CSM on a live lender account.
- Be trusted by customers as a go-to for product and mortgage questions.
- Handle hard customer conversations and move them forward.
Required Skills and Background:
- Direct mortgage lender experience and customer-facing background.
- Consultative, sales-minded instincts and deep fluency in mortgage lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with loan origination systems and clear communication.
