Job Description
Support the AMER Sales team by leading negotiations and providing guidance on a wide array of commercial and legal matters. Collaborate closely with Product Legal to facilitate the introduction of novel products and features to the market. Play a crucial role in the development of Stripe's commercial legal framework, enabling efficient scaling and operation in tandem with Stripe's rapid growth. This involves drafting and maintaining Stripe’s agreements and playbooks, leading projects to improve internal processes. Work alongside various teams within Stripe, including sales, operations, product, tax, and risk groups. Additionally, create and deliver training programs, along with other resources, to assist the Sales team in effectively promoting our product offerings.
